What is the Ann Arbor Angels?
- Ann Arbor Angels is a collaborative organization dedicated to bridging the gap between angel investors and early stage technology-based companies in Southeastern Michigan.
- Angel members are individuals with the capacity and desire to invest private capital in regional technology-based companies.
- The identity of members is anonymous and strictly confidential.
- The administrative duties of the organization are fulfilled through a collaborative effort amongst Participating Organizations.
- Supporting Organizations have committed to support the mission of Ann Arbor Angels in various capacities.
- There are no mandatory meetings to attend and no minimum annual investment requirements.
- Angel members make independent investment decisions, but often, collaborate on due diligence and deal negotiation.
- Companies of interest will often be in the market to raise between $250,000 and $2.5 million.
